Each floor is laid out in a similar fashion, with a master bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, all decorated in classic New England maritime style.

Second Floor

 

The newly renovated eat-in kitchen and easy access to the yard and front porch are some of the highlights of this floor.  The washer and drier are also located on this floor.

Price: $150/night, $900/week or $2500/month

 

 

Third Floor

 

A balcony overlooking the yard, an antique bed and newly renovated eat-in kitchen make this floor one of the highlights of the house.

 

Price: $150 per night, $900 per week, or $2500 per month
